Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns accompanied by the original receipt will be refunded through the same payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged and Defective Items

If your package arrives damaged by the carrier, please refuse delivery. If you choose to accept it, make sure to note the damage when signing so a claim can be filed with the carrier.

Damaged or defective products are eligible for replacement or credit within 30 days from the original purchase date.

Defective items may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase or during the applicable warranty period.

Incorrect Item Sent

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our support team at support@petprimp.shop for assistance. We’ll ensure your issue is resolved promptly.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 4 hours of placing it by replying to your order confirmation email or by contacting Petprimp Support at support@petprimp.shop or +1 (310) 561-3160.

Orders cannot be canceled after the 4-hour window.

Credits

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that credit card companies may vary in the time taken to post refunds, and Petprimp.shop cannot control when your credit will appear in your account.
