Fast and Reliable Shipping – Pet Primp

At Pet Primp, we are dedicated to delivering your pet’s essentials with care, speed, and transparency. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand how we manage order processing, delivery timelines, and shipping-related concerns.

1. Order Processing Time

Processing Time: 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 4 PM CST will begin processing the following business day.

2. Shipping Time & Method

Standard Shipping: 6–9 business days after processing
Total Delivery Time: 7 - 14 business days
Shipping Carriers: We use trusted U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and shipping destination.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our homepage or banners for updates.

4. Domestic Shipping Only

Shipping Area: We currently ship only within the United States, including all 50 states.
Note: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Pet Primp is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package appears to be delayed or lost:

Contact us within 10 business days from the expected delivery date
We will work with the carrier to locate or replace your package
Please note that we are not liable for delays due to weather, natural disasters, carrier issues, or peak holiday seasons
